Paying for your appointment at The Wolves Den is easy.
Here’s how it all works*:

Once we provide you with available booking times and dates, you will need to confirm your booking by making a non-refundable deposit. This deposit can be done via internet bank transfer, card payment, or cash if you visit our store.
Please note that we cannot hold appointment times without the deposit, and no booking can be secured without it. To secure your spot swiftly, we recommend either using card payment or bank transfer, and our dedicated admin team will be more than happy to help you arrange this.
If you fail to confirm your booking within the given timeframe or arrange an alternative date with our team, we may offer the booking slot to someone else, and you might need to restart the date and time booking process again.

Deposit Price

Please note, ALL PAYMENTS are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.To Reschedule or cancel your appointment we require a minimum 5 DAYS NOTICE before your appointment. Deposits range between $100 and $500, depending on the piece.

Firstly, thanks! There are 4 easy ways you can make a payment:

Eftpos:

 
You can make a one-off credit card payment either in store or over the phone! Simply pop into the studio or phone either (03) 5918 – 0968 or to process via Eftpos.

Bank transfer:

 
Alternatively, you may elect to pay your funds by direct transfer to our bank account. Please set this up with your internet banking system. Our account details are as follows:NAME: The Wolves Den BSB: 014-749 ACC: 4298-65816 When transferring funds to our account, please ensure to include your name (or phone number if not possible) in the payment description, so we know that payment has come from you.Please ensure that you take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to us either via email: office@thewolvesden.com.au via our Facebook page www.facebook.com/thewolvesdenstudio and Instagram www.instagram.com/the.wolves.den so that we can link it to your account.

Cash In Store:

 
You are also more than welcome to come into the studio and pay via cash however please note we do not take any bookings without a deposit. When you come in and secure your deposit we can find a date and time for your booking.
